"Try and try until you succeed."

 

This is Dela Cruz’s motto in life. She is 19-year-old Bulakenya who experienced a lot of failures, but giving up is not in her vocabulary. Dela Cruz was a Feature writer (Filipino) of their high school student publication, Gazette Patnubay.

 

She is currently the secretary of Pax Romana Central Coordinating Council, the oldest and premier religious organization in the university.

 

Dela Cruz is a working scholar at the Miguel de Benavides Library. Being the Votary editor of The Spiral Journal is both a blessing and a challenge for her.
